The studio loves to host scout groups as it gives the Scout troops a great place to earn their Art Badge. The Scout troops love to either do a painting on a canvas or a drawing on paper. When working on paper its always a fun exercise to draw caricatures of funny faces or animals and allowing the group to add speech bubbles so their caricatures can converse with one another. The troops in the past have done a wonderful job with this exercise and the kids laugh a lot and enjoy their experience at Alicia’s Creative Art Studio.

When the Scout troop chooses to do a painting on a canvas the scout leader normally picks the theme, and we work as a group to learn and complete the artwork. The kids really enjoy their time at studio and love to get the opportunity to paint on a canvas.

You are most welcome to also bring food, snacks and drinks. The length of the event normally runs for about 90 minutes.
